William Patrick Murray

March 12, 1955- December 25, 2023

William (Bill) Murray was born in St. Louis Mo to Doris Curran and William J Murray.

He graduated from Christian Brothers College Prep High School (CBC) in 1973. Bill also graduated from University of Missouri St. Louis -UMSL.

Bill and his brother Jack were extremely close and shared many adventures.

After Jack graduated high school, they hitchhiked to sunny Southern California. Residing along the coast in Dana Point, Laguna Beach area they worked in the swimming pool construction field but left plenty of time to be “beach bums.”

Bill returned to St. Louis and was employed as a sales rep for a regional home improvement company. He was the Salesman of the Year in 1993.

Unfortunately, his career ended the same year when he was critically injured in an automobile accident while vacationing in Costa Rica. Bill suffered from a Traumatic Brain Injury and never fully recovered.

He moved to Colorado in 2000 to be near his mother and sister.

Bill developed sudden kidney failure and passed away at Univ of Colorado Medical Center on Christmas Day. Bill was a devout Catholic and surely that played into when he decided to leave this world.

Bill is survived by his sister Kacy Murray of Colorado and a son Michael Warren of Oklahoma. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Jack.
